No, all activities take place on location.
The TUMO program is completely free. All necessary equipment and technology is available at the OBA and TUMO building. You can easily cancel your registration if you want to stop.
Anyone between 12 and 18 years old.
You can focus on any of the eight learning areas. You can always adjust your learning path if it’s not what you expected. You’ll learn collaboration, critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork.
Duration depends on your pace, workshop availability, interests, etc. On average, completing one learning area takes about six months. Three learning areas take approximately 1.5 years.
Times will be announced soon. Each participant comes twice weekly to OBA for two-hour sessions at fixed times. You can indicate preferred times during registration.
Yes, subject to availability. Note that changing times may mean a different coach and new workshop dates (possibly longer workshop waiting times).
Notify your coach or email info@tumoamsterdam.nl beforehand. During self-study, you can continue at the next session. Missing a workshop may affect continued participation, but your coach will help find a solution.
If your preferred time slot is full, you can join the waitlist. We’ll contact you when a spot opens.
No. However, you’ll build real projects during workshops for your personal portfolio.
The project started in Armenia, at a center in a park named after poet Hovhannes Tumanyan. Locals call it Tumanyan, or TUMO.
